Prior to joining Ruckus Network, Hauge founded 54th Street Partners an international management consulting service with a specialty in start-ups. In her consulting capacity Hauge served as the interim vice president of human resources for FastForward Networks, Borland, Brocade and Placeware, and provided a myriad of services to over 40 start-ups. Hauge was a founder and vice president of Human Resources for two storage technology start-ups, Ridge Technologies and Crag Technologies. Prior to Ridge, Hauge served as the founding vice president of People at Noah's New York Bagels, the vice president of Human Resources for Gymboree Corporation, and spent ten years in senior management positions in human resources, strategic planning and quality at Sun Microsystems.
