Mike Rich is the Vice President of Product Integration for AOL's Programming group. In this role, Mr. Rich is charged with overseeing the experience development for AOL’s leading network of entertainment sites, including AOLMusic.com, AOLTelevison.com, Winamp, Moviefone, Netscape Music, CompuServe Music and BlackVoices.com, as well as overseeing the development of the AOL Music Search and media playback programs.

Previously, Mr. Rich served as the Executive Director of Programming for AOL Music. In this role, Mr. Rich was charged with overseeing editorial programming for AOL Music’s network of sites, including Winamp, Netscape Music, CompuServe Music and AIM Music.

Prior to joining AOL in November of 2001, Mr. Rich was Vice President of Internet Media at Burly Bear Network, the college television network owned by Saturday Night Lives' Lorne Michaels. He’s also served as Executive Producer at GetMusic LLC, an online music and lifestyle company that had been financed by Universal Music Group, and was a principle in his CIA Music Management, working with artists such as The Interpreters, Bad Religion, Gaunt and a don piper situation. He began his career as a college marketing representative at BMG and worked his way up the ranks to director of A&R at Zoo Entertainment.

Mr. Rich received a BA in Film Studies from Temple University.
